Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty enjoyable stay overall! The room was spacious and comfortable, though it had some worn-out furniture. The hot spring experience was wonderful, and the food was decent. However, the lack of an airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient, and the WiFi only being available in the lobby was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with a spacious room offering an incredible ocean view and a relaxing onsen experience. The breakfast and dinner buffets provided tasty options, especially the crab legs, but some dishes could have been warmer. The hotel's location in the Yunokawa hot springs area was beautiful, although it was a bit far from central Hakodate. Overall, a nice stay with some small issues that could be improved.
We had a fantastic stay with a spacious room that offered a lovely ocean view, which made our experience even better. The dining options were decent overall, but I found some dishes to be cold at breakfast. The onsen was a highlight for us, providing a great way to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
Our stay was wonderful with an excellent view from our room and spacious accommodations, although the bathroom was on the smaller side. The dining offered good options, especially the all-you-can-eat crab legs at dinner, but some breakfast items could have been warmer. The staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome, while the hotel's location was beautiful, albeit a bit far from central Hakodate.
The hotel boasts an amazing view from the rooms and has spacious accommodations that feel welcoming. Our stay was very comfortable, and the amenities like the onsen were a fantastic addition. However, the dining options were a bit hit or miss, as some dishes were not served hot. Overall, it’s a great value for money, especially with kids in tow.
